Land Use 

Each lot in Tall Timbers shall be used for single-family residential purposes only. The term “residential purposes” as used herein shall be held and construed to exclude, by illustration, and not by limitation the following: hospitals, clinics, duplex houses, apartment houses, boarding houses, hotels and to exclude commercial, rental, and professional uses whether from homes, residences or otherwise, and any such uses of said lots is hereby expressly prohibited.

​Noxious-physically harmful or destructive to living being harmful or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any lot,nor shall anything to done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.No house trailers,boats,trucks,or similar vehicles shall be stored or maintained in any front yard or side yard or the street adjacent thereto.

​​Forbidden Animals

 No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, garbage, or other waste shall not be kept in sanitary containers. All lots shall be kept clean and free of unsightly obstacles at all times, and she be mowed as often as may be necessary to keep the lots in proper condition. All incinerators or other equipment for the storage of such trash, garbage or other waste shall be kept and maintained at the rear of the residential structure on each lot.

Signs

No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot, except one sign of not more than five (5) square feet, advertising the property for sale. Or signs used by the builder to advertise the property during construction and sales period. No political signs of any kind are allowed.

Garbage & Refuse Disposal

No animals,livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised,bred or kept on any lot,except dogs,cats or other household pets may be kept provided they are kept for household purposed.
