Crime Prevention & Beautification Bill

​Due to the passing of the Crime Prevention & Beautification Bill, your HOA Fee will now be listed as a separate district item included in your annual property tax bill. To view or pay your bill online, follow these steps:

1) Visit Nola.gov/home.
2) Click on pay taxes/property tax.
3) Scroll down to Tax Bills. Under Find Your Current Tax Bill in the search box, put your current address. The tax bill will come up with the owner's name and your tax bill number.
4) Click on the link saying Click to view /pay tax bill number.
5) There you will find your current tax bill and HOA fee.

If you prefer to pay in person, you may go to the city assessors office and pay the HOA fee along with your homeowner's taxes.
